Returns and Refunds

I endeavour to make sure all photographs and descriptions on my site are accurate and represent the work fully. However, it is worth noting that each print is made by hand, and there are always very slight variations. However, it does mean each piece is unique!

The colours represented are as accurate as I can make them, but some computer monitors can vary.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know straight away. I will be happy to refund the full amount, once I receive the print back in perfect condition, within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

If a print arrives damaged, please let me know. I post Special Delivery, which should cover damage or loss.
